About the Course
Our PBT Strength Class targets either upper or lower body strength training. Each session begins with guided Performance Breathwork, which is then integrated into the workout to a focus on weight training and enhanced recovery.
Following the workout, participants have the option to use the sauna for 10–20 minutes, depending on individual heat tolerance.

In this 90-minute session, we’ll review your health, check your movement, strengthen imbalances, and create a clear plan to set you up for success.
